6 weeks of building a stronger you.
Instead of focusing on what we can’t control or change we want to challenge you to join us for the next 6 weeks in our ‘DD Power Challenge’, it will combine creating healthy habits, strength building dance and fitness sessions along with positive mindset practices. Using this imposed isolation to focus on you, stay connected and emerge feeling positive and self- empowered. Will you join us?
INFO SESSION 10AM SUNDAY VIA ZOOM –
FUEL – We are working with you to begin your day by kick starting your metabolism. Lemon water fires up your digestion and wakes up your organs, giving your body chemistry the boost it needs. Continue with your intake of water, ensure you drink a minimum of 2 litres of filtered H2O ideally at room temperature. Now, choose something that you will not consume this week. What do you know is holding you back health wise? Give it up for the 6 out of 7 days – because we all need at least one cheat day!
MOVE 45 MINIMUM – Choose a 30 Dance or DanceFit class everyday. You can do this one of three ways.

Then add a 15minute strength session (we have provided a beginner/low impact and standard level) every second day. For example Strength on day 1, 3 and 5. These special sessions are on the Virtual Studio under ‘Power Challenge) These have been specially designed and presented by JP. Alternate the 15 minute strength session with Yoga/Stretch (also both beginner/low impact and standard level) every other day. For example Yoga on day 2, 4 and 6. MINDSET – We are working on focusing on what we have, not what we don’t have. By taking time each day to actively think about and express what we are grateful for switches us into a more positive mindset. This will have a ripple effect, write a gratitude post on social media, text a friend or family member or simply write in a journal. If we can actively transfer our worries, and anxieties into gratitude we will feel happier and less stressed. We will also take the time to decide and write down our own personal weekly intention. Giving us a personal goal and focal point to go back to. A weekly live zoom call with your head coach JP 10am Sundays gives us all a chance to talk about our progress, connect and ask questions.
