Once you log in to the new app all your existing booked classes and memberships/subscriptions and passes will be there (provided you used the same email as your original Dance Dynamics account). Now you book 4 sessions in advance. Please also take the time to review our new booking policies and variation in bank fees listed underneath these instructional videos.

BOOKING & CANCELLING CLASSES

The new Dance Dynamics App makes it super easy to book all your sessions. You can choose to use your subscription or pass to allocate to it. If your plans change, cancelling is as easy as one tap on the app.

UPDATE PAYMENT METHOD

Ensure you have a current and successful payment method if you have a membership subscription with us. New purchases can choose credit card or direct debit. Otherwise, update credit card via your app or fill in a form if you want Direct Debit.

SO MUCH TO LOVE

  1. All locations have dedicated filters with address - no more confusion in Malvern or having to go to Hampton to book live streamed classes.

  2. You are one tap away from joining a live streamed class - now directly from your app or email (supported via zoom).

  3. Super easy booking with your own selection of which membership (subscription) or pass to allocate.

  4. Members (subscription) automatically receive a discounted ‘drop in’ rate of $20 (normally $30) if you wish to exceed your set quantity of classes.

  5. Waitlists with automatic minimum 1 hour notification via both SMS and email when a spot open. No need to confirm - but you need to cancel if your plans have changed.

NEW BOOKING POLICIES

  1. No walk-ins, self bookings via the app essential.

  2. Cancellations with a minimum 2 hours notice (via the app).

  3. No ‘unpaid’ reservations including waitlists - active membership (subscription) or paid pass/drop in required.

  4. Waitlist confirmation is sent via SMS and email with a minimum 1 hour notice. No longer available? - Self cancel via the app.

  5. 'No-shows' and late cancellations will have the class deducted.

VARIATION IN BANK FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Credit Card 2.25% + A$0.30 for Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX 

  2. BECS (Direct Debit) 1.5% + A$0.30

  3. Unsuccessful payments attached to Memberships (subscriptions) are automatically reapplied after 2 days. If unsuccessful on second attempt Membership is suspended and future bookings cancelled until payment method is updated.

  • All bookings are self managed via the App or Website. We do not take bookings via phone, sms, email or studio. You are able to book 4 weeks in advance.

  • Once you have followed our ‘2 steps to setting up’ you will always login to your app and/or web account with your email and password.

  • Yes! All existing bookings made in Mindbody up until July 16th for the period July 17 - 31st will be transferred automatically to our new booking system Momence.

  • The name of the membership displays the retail price. If you joined with a special discount or promocode that will be reflected on your bank statement.

  • Our new payment provider ‘Stripe’ has slightly different charges. Here are the bank fees. Credit Card 2.25% + A$0.30 for Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX and BECS (Direct Debit) 1.5% + A$0.30

  • Ha…you caught us!! We have gifted you the full amount of credits available in your current subscription type until it resets on your expiry/renew date, even if you have used some in Mindbody. We want a smooth transition. Enjoy!

Trouble Shooting

    1. Are you logged in to your account with the same email as your previous Mindbody account?

    2. Please make sure you are booking the amount of classes on your membership type within the allocated date range. Unused classes from previous date periods (usually 14 days) do not roll over.

    3. Is your payment method current?

  • If you are unsure what your original email was when you first joined or you need to double check, then please sms us on 0485865233.

  • Under ‘schedule’ tap the filter icon and tap ‘clear all’. Now all sessions will display. Alternatively use the filter to see only a specific location or instructor.
